Nataliya Pasichnyk

Nataliya Pasichnyk is an Engineering Manager at Netflix, where she leads a team of software engineers focused on enhancing internal product.
Beyond her core role, Nataliya serves as a Women Techmakers Ambassador, mentors IT professionals at various career stages, and engages in non-profit initiatives to support women in the tech industry.
Additionally, she co-leads the Women @ Netflix ERG in Warsaw, contributing to a more inclusive workplace.
Outside of her professional life, Nataliya maintains a balanced lifestyle, enjoying activities such as reading, practicing pilates, and cooking.
