Justyna Redelkiewicz

Justyna Redelkiewicz is an EU official and serial business developer with 20 years of experience in IT, deep tech, and satellite technologies. She has helped hundreds of startups leverage space-based technologies to disrupt industries and drive growth. Recognized as a Strong Woman in IT, she leads the EU’s €1bn Cassini initiative at the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA), fostering entrepreneurship in the space sector. As a market innovator in downstream space technologies, she collaborates with leading European corporations, driving innovation through satellite data and business intelligence and serves on the Space Executive Committee of the European Business Angel Network. Before joining EUSPA, Justyna held business development roles at Toshiba, Nestlé, and Comarch. A personal growth enthusiast, she studied at Columbia Business School, Leipzig Graduate School of Management, and Poznań University of Economics and is a visiting lecturer at the International Space University.
